Double Bleeps

Hello all

My pruis double bleeps at random times. There's no warning display telling me why this is happening. At first I thought it was the blue tooth but it's not this. Then someone suggested it was the seat beats but it's not that.

Anyone have any ideas?

Ah ok erm thanks. It does it when there are no speed cameras to! Guess I should be able to turn this off some how?

it should actually do double bleeps twice for speed cameras - once when you are still several hundred meters away & then again when you are maybe 25 metres away. At least in urban areas though I have found it can get confused & issue a warning if you are close even though your particular route may not go past a camera.

Ah ok that makes sense then. Can I turn it off....I don't speed ☺

Still worth having, as a lot of speed cameras are at accident blackspots, so will warn you or potential danger ahead,

IIRC, you can't turn off the beep without turning of the show safety cameras option on the Nav.
