Heavily Misted Windscreens :(

As the temp plunges this week - my misty windows are back :(

Looking at the windscreen vents - is it because its only in the middle and do NOT stretch to either side of the windscreen HENCE both passenger and driver view takes forever to demist?

Had air con on full blast too......again..
