Is This Normal? Avensis Seam Weld Inside Boot

Hey up,

Looking at buying an Avensis Tourer and am a bit worried about the seam weld inside the boot.

Every where else the seam weld has been neatly laid down with a reguar ripple effect and has been painted over.

In the inside of the boot it looks like its been put on by a 5 year old with a spatula.

This is the seam at the rear of the floor joining it to the rear tailgate.

The car is 2011 with one owner and the dealer says that there has been no accidents or repairs to it.

Could it have left the factory looking like that?

Thanks

Pete
