Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1

Hi guys, I keep getting this code on my OBD-II scanner: "catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1". Just wondering if anyone else has got this problem and if you needed to change the catalystic converter or is there any chance something else might be wrong? It's rather expensive so I want to make sure it's going to fix the problem.

The car is an Aygo -07 and it has run about 180 000 km.

Try replacing the post cat O2 sensor. Cheaper than a cat and often the cause of that message.
