Radio Not Working " A Program Cannot Be Read, Consult To A Dealer&

I have a problem. I have a 2011 Avensis. I changed the Battery. And later the radio would not work. It says " A program cannot be read, please consult to a dealer".

The dealer here in Ireland reckons I need an SD card with a certain file on the SD card. Does anyone know how I can get this file to my email, or can advise me how to sort this out ???

Your dealer is correct, you need to buy beg or borrow a map SD card, put it in place and switch on, you will get a message loading do not switch off, when the loading has completed you can then switch off and remove the SD card.

if it's a TNS510 try the IQ forum - there is a guy there, Tarquin, that can supply you with a loading.kiwi file.
