Plug-In Car Grant Scheme Extended To March 2018

They've obviously extended this beyond March, as I've just benefited.

It seems there's an extra £300 available to assist with the chargepoint installation, in Scotland.

I'm also very surprised at the number of free electric points there are in Scotland. Access through an app, or via an RFID card (price £20).

My apologies, I thought the thread was a sticky and contained pertinent information, just not updated due to you being busy etc.

 

Please remove my post and let it drop into obscurity as I see you've unpinned it.

It has been unpinned as the scheme was only extended to October and formally confirmed by Department of Transport in July 2018. Presumably the end of October.

The Department have also confirmed the grant will continue beyond 2020 in some form, but without mention of eligibility or grant levels.
