Here Comes Trouble... New Guy With A Facelift T-Sport

Hi all,

I upgraded from a Polo 9N 1.2 to my current Corolla T-Sport about 4 months ago, so I thought it was about time to join the owners club forums!

I haven't done much to the car so far, I have fitted a set of new tyres, new front wheel bearings, a new clutch and flywheel (stock), and ground out a little bit of rust.

As far as mods go, I have fitted new solid base bushings to the gear-stick assembly, and I have solid bushings for the gearbox end of the gear link cables, a K&N Typhoon induction kit, a cold air feed pipe and a Hondata heat shield sitting here in a box waiting to go on. Couple of basic things like a partial rear de-badge, new screwless numberplates, aero wipers, bee sting aerial, etc.

Future plans are staying fairly simple. I will eventually port polish the manifolds, bore the TB, fit coilovers and new wheels. I am currently chasing someone over a set of genuine Compressor alloys. Fingers crossed!

I might do cams and valves etc at some point in the future, but I have no immediate plans for that.

Have some pictures!
