Tlc Time For 2003 Avensis

Hello everyone.

My much-loved Avensis saloon needs some cleaning inside, especially the dashboard surround which had developed a little hazy white patina since I lightly dusted it with a clean tea towel. Can anyone tell me what the best product would be to clean this with? I have not had it cleaned by the dealer inside for many years as I am allergic to perfumed products and must be careful with aerosols or pump sprays. I do vaccuum and brush it out usually when I wash it - the colours in the paintwork really come alive when I use saved rainwater instead of tap water.

Any suggestions as to what would be most suitable for these specialised plastic surrounds?

And thanks to everyone who suggested options for my steering problem. At the end of the day, I had the wheels put back in their original positions and the tracking done which has seemed to do the trick.

Give these a try. I bought them from the Tescos filling station for £3 and they really cleaned it up beautiful. It says Gloss Wipes but they don't leave it overly shiny.
