Previa Fuse Box

My sister has a 2002 (52 plate) diesel previa. I have looked on you tube and other forums. They are suggesting where the fuse box is on the previa. I can find the fuse box but when i look i can not find the fuse im after there. The fusebox does not even show or suggest where the cigarette/radio fuse is located. Does anyone else have any ideas?

Your Owner's Manual shows where all the fuse boxes are, and lists which fuse is in which box.

According to the Owners Manual, this will be fuse number 18 in the "Passenger's side kick panel" (LHD)
