Corolla Verso Front Wing Replacement

Unfortunately I pranged my Verso against a metal bollard. Despite the accident happening at close to zero speed, the passenger side front wing is so badly damaged that it needs to be replaced.

A couple of indie body shops have quoted over 500 quid to replace the panel, which seems like a lot for a car which isn't worth much more than that. So I'm thinking of having a go at DIY'ing it.

Does anyone have any experience of removing the front wing on a Verso?

Is it only bolts holding the wing in place, or are there also spot welds?

Should I use a seam-sealant when re-fitting the replacement panel?

Any advice on where to get a pre-painted panel to match the car?

Any other advice/tips much appreciated.
