Where To Buy A Mk3 Spare Wheel?

Hi folks.

I'm on the lookout for a 17" alloy and tyre to use as a spare, preferably the 6 spoke but not essential.

I was offered a genuine spare with tyre (unused) for £100, but with a steel wheel. I've read in some places that these are way heavier than the alloy. I'm not sure if I want to be manhandling that about on my own. The alloys on the previous Rav were heavy enough the couple of times I had a puncture. Plus, I suppose that's even more weight in the boot...not helping fuel economy! Is it the case that I would also need to use different wheelnuts in a suitable material?

I'm still looking around eBay and Gumtree, hopefully find an alloy.
