Duel Heater Control

Hi any one has any bright ideas , I have 2007 2.2 estate , the heater controls on passenger side

Work fine but the drivers side only blows cool despite temp set at hi, is there a faulty relay,valve,fuse or valve in the heating circuit that is at fault ....????? Any help please where to look first .

Don't know whether it's any good to you but have a look at this thread, it's got a couple of pdf files to download for testing the heater etc
