Surf 4Wd Battery Charging And Cruise Control

Have just acquired a wonderful 1994 3-litre Surf Hilux, with 'only' 140K miles on the clock (just run in).

Lovely to look at, sit in and drive... however... two issues:

1 I'll only use it occasionally as a second vehicle, so I'll need to keep the Battery charged. And there are TWO batteries. Can I use an ordinary Streetwize trickle charger, and charge each Battery in turn?

2 An after-market steering wheel has been fitted: nice and small and comfortable to use, but

(a) wasn't there a horn on the original wheel?? (So how do I fit a replacement horn?) And (b) wasn't there cruise control on the original wheel? (Can I get a replacement original wheel with that facility?)

Any comments or advice welcomed by this enthusiastic rookie owner!
