you would need a plate the same age or older than your car....

for example I couldn't have

R7AN

but could have

RY4N, as the plate would be older than my car...

you could have "MR2", but last time I checked it was 55k lol

When I bought my M-Reg MR2 I could have got M22 GPA (MR2 My Initals) for £150 odd but my then GF freaked out and said no as I had spent enough on the car :ffs:

I now have to pay £250 if I want it

nope .. you can't display a newer plate on a get to make it look younger .. it's the law ..
