Hi folks,

Just a quick post to say hello! Just bought a 1998 gen 6 Celica SR (7A-FE engine), as my latest runaround. It has a few little niggles so I don't doubt i'll be on here soon enough asking questions! For example, I didn't expect its braking performance to be quite sooooo poor!

This is my 2nd gen 6, though my last one was pretty standard, perhaps an ST (?) I can't remember properly, it was five years ago! I've come back to the gen 6 as they are very pretty, and fun to drive - if not especially fast with the 7A-FE!

I'd like to think that i'm not a muppet - I certainly won't be asking stupid questions like 'can I put a more powerful engine in it' or anything stupid like that! If you want a fast car, buy one in the first place! Been there, done that, (just shuffled off a 2.4 V6 Audi) - I just want to have fun driving my SR as quickly as it'll safely go, and keep it running smoothly and safely as possible. Any help and advice will always be gratefully received.
