tell me about it. I was sure they could charge-back the merchants account, but no luck...

It sucks big time when people get ripped off like that, I know it aint much, but I sent £9 through paypal for a garfield phone, 3 days later, I email the guy and ask if he has had payment, he says no, but to wait (sound familiar).

So i wait, and wait, nothing, no phone no email, I contacted him several times with no response, finally put a complaint in through paypal, and got them to refund the money from him, it is a risky way to buy things, but then again, my first experience with eBay, was with a PS2, sold it for £460 fast payment as well.

It just goes to show that you can get some right */*-@%$ that spoil it for the majority
