Replacing Rear Left Brake Caliber

I am awaiting a new near side rear brake caliper, anticipating changing it next weekend along with new brake pads on a late 2009 Avensis D4D (T270). Can anyone tell me if I have to do anything special with the EPB.  I have the tool for re-winding the caliper. Also are there any online workshop manuals available for this year.

When I had the rear disc and pads changed, the EPB is in the off position. Pressure bleed the brakes.

After assembling and bleeding the brakes. Turn on the engine and with the brake pedal pressed, engage the EPB. Wait a few seconds and then release the EPB. All the time check for any warning lights. Repeat to make sure everything is working.

The EPB should be fine.

Konrad thanks for the info. It worked a treat. Sorry for being slow replying. Most difficult part was sourcing the caliper.
