Change head unit?

Hi all owners of a great car.

I'm running a 2012 Verso equipped with an ordinary FM radio (se example photo). In Norway the broadcast on FM closes down in 2017 and DAB+ would be the only available platform. In my view I have to options, keep my current head unit and by a DAB+  adapter or by a new head unit.

My concerns are about getting a compatible head unit for my car, I'v done a lot of Google search without getting any closer. Primarily I'm looking for an opportunity to keep my functionality but it's tempting to try and add navigation.

I'm looking for some advice, anyone knows about any site telling about compatible units of a reasonable good quality for my car? There are tons of units on eBay but unsure about the quality.

I want to do the same in my Verso. Where can I find the cover that is placed around the Pioneer? I can't find it in the Netherlands.

I bought the panel from eBay because I couldn't find it in any local store in Sweden. For example.

I bought a remote adapter so I can control it from the  steering wheel :)
