Yaris Sat Nav TNS200

I have a toyota yaris 05 colour collection with a navigation option on the stereo, is it just as simple as buying a tns200 navigation cd and putting it in a play? or do i need to check my yaris is compatible? if so how do i know if its compatible?

The headunit is nav compatible, TNS200 ( replaced by TNS300 ) is a turn by turn nav kit see: http://www.toyota-tech.eu/aimuploads/%7B1BAF382A-578F-0416-B20B-43569B3A578F%7D/TNS300%20RHD%20N3RP1W-2-0%2008545-52800.pdf

but it is very out of date, very limited in function and expensive you'd be far better served by a cheap tomtom or the similar.

So if I'm correct I can put the tns200 cd in and it will work without any further configurations?

is there a guide for tns 200?

in other words where do I insert the tns200 cd? Does it go where regular music CDs go in the front or is there another location that it get inserted if so where?

Do you have the navigation computer/cd drive under the front passenger seat ?( see link to fitting instructions in last post ) if yes then a new CD will work otherwise you will to fit the kit

I thought of doing the installation 6 years ago  but frankly the cost and hassle for a pretty small screen looked a PIA. Bought a Garmin instead.
