*Help* with replacing lower rear bumper on 2005 Yaris

Hi,

Can anyone advise me on where the bolts and clips are when removing the rear bumper of a 1999-2005 Yaris. Came into contact with an evil low wall in the pitch black when reversing down a drive earlier. Ordered the new part (aluminium lower rear bumper all primed and pre-painted). 

SO if any of you are in the know:

Where are the clips and bolts (and how many bolts)?

Do I need to remove both parts of the bumper just to replace the lower part?

Any other tips?
