Yes!

all 1.4, but im granny driving at the mo, cos its poorly somehwere between gearbox and wheels, plus side being its returning a wopping great 42.6mpg, instead of my usual 36!!

Lol, I need to granny drive with petrol costing what it does at the moment!!

Ive got the mpg calculator thing in the car, its scary when its on instantaneous mpg and it reads below 20 :crybaby:

But averages out not too badly!

Yeah 42.6 is the avg on the computer thing, and has been for the last week or so, but it can be a bit scary when its on instantaneous readings, esp when you get it down to 11mpg!

I was testing it one day in second gear, got it too about 5.2 mpg! lol. Had to turn it off straight away after that! lol

Do you still have all the factor audio setup in your car? I was looking to change mine, im working now (a student usually!) so have an eye open and some money for a change! lol.

I actually think the factory fit system is pretty good, bass is quite impressive for a standard system too, well, it gives enough to move the spoiler without distorting

Lol, yeah. But im sure my driver side front speaker is knackered, sounds a bit dodgy at times. Had the door cards off for a look, seems fine though, maybe get round to changing them soon.

The rear Speakers are very good for the size of them!

Hi. I have just joined, i have a 1.4vvti GS X reg which i bought about 2 months ago (it's the facelift model). I want to fit a cd changer (i'm not really into car modifications.... sorry....). As i understand i need to buy the changer and possibly and interface to get it to connect to the toyota head unit it came with. Does any one know which cd changers fit, what the interface is and how easy it is to fit? i'll do it myself 99% for sure, i'll work it out :) but it would be nice if it's easy to do. i'd like a small changer that i can fit either under the passenger seat or in the glovebox (or better still, in that box behind the handbrake, but i don't think that's going to happen!). any ideas?

Here are some i have found...... don't know which are right (i don't know if i have a matsu***** or fujitsu or whatever head unit, i haven't looked yet)

i have a standard tape deck and radio, with the screen high up (above the a/c and heater controls) and the tape player beneath the heater and a/c controls. it has all the labels on the buttons for CD control (and also i think for a navigation system) but it has neither fitted.

thanks in advance!

Tim
