Hi there, please could anyone tell me how to slacken off the Aux belt on an Avensis 2 litre 2004 model. There's a Torx bolt on one of the pulleys next to a lever with a 19mm nut. Is this what slackens it? I would be grateful for some advice. Thanks.

On the 1.8vvti it's a spring loaded pulley/lever arrangement which you turn using a big spanner/socket to remove the tension.  I can't remember the size but it was at least 19mm.  It's near the top of the engine and the belt could be changed in about 5 mins.
