iPhone tethering

Hi just joined the forum having just bought a 2015 Verso with Touch and Go 2 so am a complete newbie both to this forum and to the Verso/Touch & Go.  Have checked phone compatibility list from links on this forum and it appears to be fine (it's an iPhone 6S Plus) but I can't always get the phone to tether to the Touch & Go.  My contract with 3 mobile allows tethering and the phone does connect but only one in every 10 attempts.  Also having sync'd contacts it won't allow me to navigate to addresses stored. I get a message that states that the address format is not recognized.  You click to resolve and you just get back to an empty address input screen.

Can anyone help with either of these problems.

Update on the tethering issue I don't know if it's at all relevant but it tethers consistently with my wife's iPhone 6 (which is the phone we setup first) - is there an issue about how many phones you can set up tethering with?  We have the same contract with three mobile so I know it's not an account issue.
