Central locking suddenly stopped working. But battery in fob is fine, help!.....

Anyone help me out bought my rav 4 yesterday but the central locking stopped working off the keys and a light came up saying VSC TRC and won't go off also clock resets and interior lights won't work now, checked Battery and installed a new 1 also replaced batteries in fobs but still to no joy. Please help me i'm gutted. Cheers.8 gaz

Change the Dome fuse - even if it looks OK -  located in the fuse box in the engine bay.
