Middle row of seats removal.

Has anyone any advice on taking out the middle 3 seats in a 2007 verso or how to go about it from past experience? Easy to remove or best left in? Have a lot of junk, food etc between and under seats but impossible to get at and clean with a vacuum, and would really like to remove the seats for a good clean. Thanks in advance.
