Connected (Live) Services Renewal

I have a 2014 Auris Exel Hybrid Touring Sports, with sat nav touch and go system. My connected services (Toyota real time traffic, tom tom places etc) expired at end of January 2016. I'm currently using map 4.3.0. I cannot work out how to renew my live services. I really like the live traffic updates. I've checked via my Toyota account where I can see they are expired in my previous purchases section but no obvious means to renew. I've checked the e store and again I can't see anything obvious there to renew or replace. I'm missing something really obvious but what?. I don't want to upgrade the map yet to 4.5.0 as I was going to wait on the next release as I think 4.5.0 has been around a while now. Any help would be appreciated.

I have got the same problem all the other apps are on the Toyota portal, but is Toyota real time traffic an app.

mine expires soon, I have googled to find out without success next time I call in to listers Toyota I will try and find out from the salesman who sold me the car,

Hi I have found out how do do it ! its all under the mobility pack app, fuel prices, google street view ,Tom Tom places and traffic.go to your my Toyota log in then click e store and then the mobility pack . I think you have to download it to a usb which should be formatted then take that to the vehicle and plug it in and it should then open the apps on the vehicle touch 2 with go once you have connected to the Internet via your phone. You will be given a key code by my Toyota Europe to enter into the touch 2 with go. I am not sure if the touch to with go will automatically download it from the estore without using a sub dongle once you have paid for it from your laptop or tablet.
