New avensis just a few issues (solved)

Hi guys just bought my first Toyota :) she's a 2004 2.0 d4d avensis. I've replaced a few suspension parts and got a full service but I have 2 problems left.

1. The panel that clips off under the steering wheel with the fuse diagram has no fuses behind it (after replacing the front fog light bulbs I still have no front fogs so I need to check the fuse)

2. The electric Windows all work from the switches on the doors but only will go down on the driver master switch and not up,

I've searched the web and there are videos of the fuses behind the panel where mine has none. Also I've done several window reset procedures I've found online and none seem to work. The windows only go down from the driver switch and I need to lean over to the prospective door to put them back up.hopefully somebody more knowledgable will be able to help

EDIT: should have mentioned Im in Ireland so its right hand drive

IIRC there's a fusebox behind the glovebox.

Thanks for the reply. I found the fuse box this morning and fixed the lights. Also ice located an owners manual behind the glovebox! This has the correct procedure for fixing the Windows so I'm going to give it a go after work. Ill mark this as solved. Thanks again
