Tsunami in my footwell

Hello all, newbie here. 

I have a RAV4 05 ,odel, and the last few months I've had a huge puddle in my passenger footwell, the worst it's been is around an inch deep!  I've not had my windscreen replaced or anything really doing to seals ect, has anyone else come across this with an idea how to fix it? 

Also I have a problem somewhere either with my turbo or injectors. When the rav is going uphill accelerating, when the turbo kicks in it sometimes goes into limp mode. I've had the turbo cleaned but I t was in the summer, and it doesn't do it that much in fine wether.  

Any ideas? Cheers

Hello Liz and welcome to the club

At the top of the screen there is a red band and on the far right of it you will see a search box.Click on that and type in water in foot-well,

this will give you some info on your problem.
