Avensis T180 fault codes

The T180 was doing fine until recently every morning guaranteed on my 1 mile trip in the morning to drop the kids off to school it cuts out into limp mode about 5 to 7 times, start it back up fine for a little bit then limp mode again, until the engine gets a little warm then it goes away.

Once the engine is fully warm it rarely happens but if it does its just the once only.

Also i notice it feels like its missing when im driving around time not constant though but it does, also it makes a bit like a cllatter sometimes under hard acceleration.

Anyways i had the eml checked and it brought up two codes.

One of the codes is a a P0093 large leak detected, the guy checking it says its the fuel rail pressure sensor but looking on here that code refers to a number of things ???

Second code is P0069 which he says is the intake manifold/air pressure sensor which may be coming up because of the fuel pressure sensor ???

I really cant afford to waste money and was wondering if anyone has expierienced something similar.
