Ex Demo For Sale - Auto Trader - Too good to be True?

The following advert is currently featurning in Auto Trader -

Advertised as only 595 miles on clock. I'm really struggling with how an ex demo is on sale from a very small non Toyota franchise dealer at such a bargain price.

The plate seems to be Nottingham/Lincoln but selling dealer is Oldham based.

One more thing, it has a www.toyota.uk web address at the bottom of the plate.

Has me puzzled as on the face of it it seems to be an excellent spec at a very decent price.

Any ideas anyone?

Haven't seen the Toyota website referenced on the Autotrader page, only their own.

I looked at the added and the price is in the same ball park as others of the same spec. The really low mileage could be explained. The engine is larger than the other cars. 

The photos look like they have had the HDR treatment, but apart from that the car needs to be seen in person. 

If everything checks out, the car will be gone. Just do some digging with the original dealer.
