Can anyone confirm fog Light Bulb type for 2010 1.4D U/C

Handbook suggests H11 but websites seem to point to HB3 bulbs?

As the Owner's Manual is published by the manufacturer, Toyota, they should know what bulbs they fit to their cars.

Third party websites are often wrong.
