iirc maximum grant now is £4500 & for that you need a zero emission range of at least 70 miles which I suspect the plug in Prius won't do. So expect it to only be eligible for £2500.

Sadly, that dropped to £2,500 at the start of this month. Thus reducing Toyota GB profit by £2,500 per car.

Thanks to Grumpy Cabbie for the analysis of that, long ago.

The same went for the weasel warranty. TGB claimed that the price of the Gen 3 went up in 2010 to cover the cost of extending the warranty to 5 years. But the increase just happened to reflect the change in exchange rates  GBP to YEN.
