voice recognition problem

Hi,

I have a problem with the voice recognition on my 2011 Avensis multimedia system. If I reinstall and Bluetooth link my phone, transfer my contacts and create voice tags, the voice recognition system will work fine. Even when I turn the system off, lock the car and return 15 minutes later, it works. But if it is longer, when I return, the voice recognition says the phone is not connected even though it is because I can manually select a contact on the multimedia screen and it will dial and I can speak via the system. It has been like this since I bought the car, about 18 months ago. And it is the same with another phone.

Any advice or suggestions which may help to overcome this issue would be appreciated.
