[Corolla D4D]

Hi, I've just bought a new Corolla D4D 2.0 110HP and I'd like to suit in it mi old radio/CD a Pioneer 4023 + CDX-p24S cd charger but seems that corolla built-In Radio-CD cannot be replaced by another source... Well, I'm spanish and I'm not really sure that there, in the USA, the radioCD is any different than this one, but, if it's the same, I'd love if anyone could give me some tips on how to suit my pioneer in it.
