Rear offside Bulb Holder

Has anyone fitted one on a t25 estate,the plastic lugs which holds the bulb holder in place are broke so the holder itself is not fitting snugly and tightly as it should this is causing the bulb holder to shake around which i'm sure is then leading to the Brake Stop And Tail bulb Blowing all to frequently on average a new one needed every 3 months or so anyway i've ordered a new one which should sort it just never fitted one though,so any tips anyone?

On the hatch it comes out fairly easily.  IIRC I had the whole bit out, a bulb swapped, and refitted in about a minute.
