Tailgate rattle

I noticed a rattle on rear end and found out after trial and error it was the parcel shelf, now having said that I noticed 4 rubber stopper thingies that are cracked/split (please see attachment)  2 on the tailgate itself and 2 on the bodywork, would some kind person please let me know the correct name/s for these so I can order some.
