Just got a Prius

Hello all,

put a deposit on a 08 Prius T-Spirit, great relief to be in Japanese car again (previously had Hondas), traded a Skoda Octavia in for the Prius.

Will be happy to get an average of 50 mpg from my beautiful Prius (55 will be brilliant). My round trip to work is 60 miles, 24 miles on A and B roads and 36 miles cruising on the M1.

probably 60 mpg , acceleration and hills dependent!

just drove  "Silver Silent Bullet" to work for first time --- display said 62mpg NICE!

(a Honda Civic I had was called "Blue Beauty", an Accord  was "Green Goddess", a Skoda I've just gotten rid of was "that ******* ***** thing!")
