I'll post pics up very soon, this is what it will look like.....

Front splitter, side skirts with attachment coming in the order (grille not available)

Rear bumper is coming but no rear spoiler but it's very similar to the stock one anyway I suppose.

What colour do you think I should go for? I have a few ideas, just wanted to see what some of you think?

Kev :)

It's going into Melton Fibre glass in a few weeks, it needs some mounts making for the rear bumper and I want the skirts mounting properly also and not pinned to the sills as that looks cheap.

I will be getting another OEM bumper which the splitter is for and have it either moulded on or reinforced as it's a bit thin.

Overall very pleased, shame the spoiler isnt there and I'm also missing the skirts attachment too.

I may not get it resprayed in time for JAE, going to be tight and it all depends on when Paul @ Melton can fit me in

:drool::drool::drool:

How come theres parts missing? Did you choose not to have them or were they out of stock?

Posted

out of stock unfortunately as I would of had the rear spoiler and front skirts attachments.

The grille I'll get modified at the fibre glassing place

for paint, and i mean the 'best' paint buy 'House of kolor' the possibilities are endless as its a base coat, intercoat, candy coat, system.

finding someone who can spary it is however a major problem, find someone, then see their work first hand.

I'd love that bodykit, but I don't think my insurance would be too happy. :(

Theres another bodykit floating around for our cars, theres a red one that lives near me. Looks quite tasty but a little OTT :D

Hi, my girl friends just got a corrola, and im helping her do it up,

Hey Kev, how much did u pay for the front splitter? I've been after one for ages and the only ones they supply in UK is Postert ones (@ 160 quid).

PS where did u buy it from?

Posted

yea i would also like to know where the kit cam from ive been unting for one as i just recently bought my 'rolla 1.3 kudos

Hi all

Had a few PM's on the kit so here the breakdown of the prices.

Front splitter 260 euro

Side Skirts 270 euro

Rear Bumper 360 euro

parts are a tad expensive for what they are and you'll need to get the parts proffesionally fitted, the parts are a direct fit but come with no mounting brakets for rear bumper or skirts fitment.

You can get the kit from Revolution Engineering in Ireland. There delivery is only 50 euro which is pretty cheap and was very quick!!

phone number is 00353 1 6010018

Hi all

Can anyone confirm that the bumper shown in the savage kit in this thread will fit my SI or will I need anything like the bumper reinforcement bar, or are they all the same fitment?

This is my current bumper, shaped slightly different with no fogs

well i swapped my orrible Si bumber for the nicer eariler one and it went straight on....should take about 15mins to swap if you take it steady..

Thanks for that :)

well I need different indicators as my SI has different shaped ones, but should be able to pick some up locally

id keep the orignal blue chap looks really sweet and istead of the full respray id get some 17's otherwise the little 15's are gonna become 'shadowed' by the new kit

Finally the car is in for the bodykit fitting at Melton Fibre Glass. He's been fully booked for well over a month now, which meant I missed out on having it done in time for JAE!

Having a fair bit done including a rather tasty bonnet buldge over the K&N :)

I'm off on hols this saturday and will be picking up the car end of the month and then it's in for spraying

wohooooo! lol

Im really diggin that kit man. Its kinda subtile but U still C it!

Also, dont change the cars colour! Will look sweet in that colour and when U get a respray I guarentee it will come out looking real sparkily and nice! That was almost the exact cula of my old civic, and it came out stunnin!
