Its him. i just sent an e-mail asking if he'd been contacted as the seller had 3 kits up for sale.

got an automated response from the sellers emails addy.

Further thought (slow thinker, but I get there!) :hokus-pokus:

You could, and should, give hime negative feedback on E-bay. That is what it is there for. Just stick to the facts & don't exaggerate or go over the top. That should cure his cough. Won't get you a refund though :ffs:

If you paid with a credit card or if you have Sentinal security card cover check with thier Security department, maybe you could recover from them in some way?
