second hand Yaris - how to verify on toyota.co.uk?

Hi all,

Apologies if this is a stupid question, but I bought my first car today which is a second hand yaris. I wanted to register the car online (on toyota.co.uk), to get maps and the car software updated. During the registration it asks to verify the car by 'entering the first section of the 'Version’ code' from a V5 registration document. What have at the moment is some part of that document (section 10) which does not contain this information. My question is whether this can be obtained from elsewhere or I have to wait for the DVLA (up to 4 weeks) to get me a new V5?

Your wait may not be as long as 28 days.......DVLA are getting faster at sending out the V5's :)
