Seat rail extensions

Hi, have bought a 98 1.6 Corolla and am very impressed. Old banger motoring for me and the Corolla is my first choice as reliability is legendary. I've always loved Toyotas but this is my first one.

The only problem is I'm 6'3" and not slim, infact 32 stone not slim. (Used to be 55 stone)

Is there an easy way to get the seat to go back more, only a bit needed but it would make the driving a great deal better for me. The height of the seat cannot be higher as it's a little high already.
