Noisy Auris Hybrid 2010

Before I bought my Auris I was aware that it would be on the noisy side due to the type of gearbox.  Having owned the car for nearly two years, I am sure that the car is getting noisier especially when accelerating hard.  Is there any sort of clutch or bearing that could be wearing? The car has done just under 80,000 miles. Anybody got any ideas?

When was your transmission fluid last checked/changed?

I assume the 2010 Auris Hybrid has a  c.v.t.. Then, if it's the same as the Yaris, it has to be done every 40000 miles or 4 years.

When I look at the Service & Warranty booklet, there is an ominous gap at the 40,000 service. It was not carried out so by implication the transmission fluid was not checked and I doubt if any subsequent services picked up on it as I doubt that they are that clever.

So it's off to the Toyota dealer I go...
