Have a 2002 2.0 D4D Avensis, when warm it has a flat spot that comes in around 3500 - 4000 revs... clears after a few seconds normally. The loss of power came back in around 70mph and wouldn't accelerate anymore! engine management came on then..... Any ideas thanks!
