Cold start knock

Hello Iv got a mk6 hilux 3.0 ever since Iv owned it it's a cold start knock and starting to wind me up and need it sorting be4 mapping . It knocks on cold but as soon as its up to temp it gose Iv done glow plugs next thing I can think are injectors anyone Els had this problem
