There are lots of options to adding USB/SD/AUX adapters for under £40, so long as you have a CD changer port (6+6 pins) and the B9005 is electrically compatible! You may need a "Y" cable if the CD changer port is already in use.

The bluetooth is A2DP with any device that supports it.

When I say electrically compatible, I have noticed some vendors state that some head units will not work with their adapters and list them. Most of the incompatible head units are the "Nav" versions, and there is no explanation except that two of the pins are missing! If somebody local to me ( South London/Kent/Surrey) is prepared to experiment, I would try my adaptor on a "Nav" model to find a result and then share with others. I have a friend who I hope to see when he is not busy. 

Try and contact the vendors and suppliers to see if your B9005 (TNS-700) is compatible.
