Hi all

I'm not sure if any of you guys seen my last post on here but I'm suffering from this white smoke problem on my RAV4 and it's driving me crazy!!! Ive had the dpf checked by a professional and he assures me it's not blocked as all the pressures are correct I was advised to take it to me t and have it checked for the ecu re flash for the white smoke problem which they told me it was up to date the technician told me that it could be the 5 th injector and or the egr valve I have now today replaced the 5 th injector with a brand new Toyota part and while I was under the bonnet I also cleaned the egr and blanked it off no lights (I disconnected the Battery for 30+ mins ) went out in it albeit only for a couple of miles and the !Removed! smoke started again !!!!

Does anyone one think that I should run it for a bit longer for the ecu to settle down and learn new values of the 5 th injector or should of I of not blanked the egr at the same time ? Any information will be greatly appreciated as I've done everything now I can think

thanks in advance

Hey Mike, did you get to the bottom of this problem? I've got exactly the same happening to my Avensis. I've posted already but no luck so far.
