Satnav update 6.7.0 no "send to car"

I recently upgraded my Touch and Go 2 to 6.7.0WH which all went smoothly. In My Toyota portal Journey Planner created a destination and clicked on "Send to car", but can find no way in the car to get the route from the servers. Has anyone found the secret of how to do it?

I contacted Toyota enquiries and the response was to use a USB which is far from the Send to car functionality I would expect and pretty much useless.

If you click on toyota web account on the car sat nav unit, you should see an option to load POI and routes from server. You also have to be on-line also to download routes as well.
