Which Autochanger Lead ? (sony Cdxt70mx)

Hi,

I'm thinking of getting a sub and the Sony CDXT70MX autochanger sorted today but what adapter do I need ?

Halfords do this one :

I'm confused my notes say I need either

MTYS00M / atys001/ toy001 :
