Shuddering & down on power...

Hi guys, the old girl has developed a lumpy idle (very high when cold, jumping revs and nearly stalling when warm) as well as feeling down on power. Checked sparks and ht leads and they're fine, all cylinders firing and no smell of fuel. The whole car shakes when it's warmed up, little bit concerned...any ideas?

Defo not MAF, checked it and my mechanic has checked it too...no warning lights on
