new to my 2000 corolla

Hi
Recently I crashed my Citroen Xsara lx (auto) and had to get a new car so I found a Corolla Vvti S Auto for £750 41000 miles in perfect condition there are a few thing I would like to know.
I do like this car it is very light compaird to my old xsara
*how could I change my radio i have one that is sloped in to the dash and a tape player at the bottom of the center column (image)
*There are no rear Speakers in near the boot how would I install ?
*roof rack can this car have them ? it has 2 gutters ether side ?
*any tips on this car ?
